1. REGULATION OF HE TOURNAMENT

Bilbaocup will be played according to the FIFA rules and the added of the RFEF, with the exception of the details explained in this regulation.

2. TOURNAMENT FORMAT

All the categories will be formed by groups of 4 or 5 teams. All the teams will play against each other of its group, so minimum of games will be bonded. The classified on the first place in each group (in some case, the second too) will pass to the next rounds until we have the final teams of each age.

EACH WON MATCH WILL BE 3 POINTS
WITH A DRAW EACH TEAM WILL HAVE 1 POINT
WHEN YOU LOSE YOU WIN 0 POINTS

If at the end of the league, two or more teams have the same amount of points, the classification will be determined by the following criterions:
  1. Goal balance
  2. Scored goals
  3. Score between the tied teams
  4. Minor number of yellow and red cards
  5. penalty stroke according to FIFA rules

4. SCHEDULE

Teams must arrive on Sunday 25 of June, proceeding with the accommodation according to the option they have chosen.

Matches will be played from Monday 26 of June to Saturday 1 of July, according to the schedule that will be given to all the competitors when they arrive or by email.

This schedule will detail the time of the game, the field where it will be played and the correspondent age category.

5. DURATION OF THE GAMES

Duration of all the games
2 parts of 20 minutes (ALL THE CATEGORIES)

5 minutes (ALL THE CATEGORIES)

6. AMOUNT OF PLAYERS

Football 7
No team will be allowed to use more than 12 players in one match.
No substitution limits.

Football 11
No team will be allowed to use more than 15 players in one match.
No substitution limits.

7. CONTROL OF AGE / PLAYERS

Delegates must deliver the licenses, I.D. or passport of every player, coach or delegate on the table of the organization before the beginning of the first match. These documents must be originals. The alignment will be written on the act of the game.

Clubs will be allowed to use one player in different categories. To do this, the player must fulfil with the right age and be registered on the correspondent lists. Under no circumstances any player could play for different teams in the same category.

8. COMPLAINTS

Objections and complaints must be delivered in writing to the responsible of the ground, no later than 60 minutes after the end of the game.

The valuation of the objection (50€) will be paid at the same time the complaint is delivered. If the complaint is accepted the money will be given back.

The organization will not accept complaints about arbitral decisions.

9. PUNCTUALITY

All the teams have to be ready 15 minutes before the beginning of the game.

If some team is late without any justified reason the score will be 3 – 0 against this team.

The half-times of the games (5 minutes) must be made on the very ground.

10. EQUIPMENTS

If the referee decides that one of the teams has to change the T-shirt, the visitor (the second one in the schedule) team must change it.

Organization will ask the colour of the official T-shirt before the beginning of the tournament.

All the T-shirts have numbers and those must agree with the act of the match. Numbers have to be placed on the back.

11. FOOTBALL GROUNDS

They are made of last generation artificial grass.


12. DISCIPLINARY REGIME

Any player who is ejected with red card will be sanctioned with 2 games. That player who, along the tournament, gets 3 yellow cards will be sanctioned with 1 game.

If one team remains only with 4 players(football7) / 7 players (football11), the match will be suspended, and they will lose 3- 0.

If a team behaves violently during the competition (confrontation with organizers, referees…) could be automatically ejected.

13 . GAMES SCHEDULE

Organizer commission retains the right to make changes in the schedule. The responsible of each team will be warned with enough precedence

14. INSURANCES

All the delegates must have his players assured in and out of the competition. All the competitors must bring the social-security card or a private insurance. Bilbaocup will not be responsible for any injury, illness, loss or steal.
